They were thus demanded to work smart to avoid inconveniences which had the potential to destruct them from their key objective (Thomas, 53). The scene is still the same despite the introducing other community centered policies to curd on exploitation. In order to succeed organizations are demanded to embrace the society as its number one priority; when this is achieved chances are, rather than exploiting they would at least embrace a good level playing field with checks and balances put in place to remedy the situation that would affect the community negatively such as waste disposal.

While engaging in such activities; openness is required without which corruption is likely to affect their engagements thus lowering the organizations progress. This isn’t achievable without adhering to the vision by all stakeholders within the organization mainly because their input is paramount to its growth (( Ihlen, Bartlett, & May, 87). This is precisely because they operates within an environment; for there to be mutual coexistence and cooperation they are obliged to engage in social awareness campaigns aimed at sensitizing the society on better ways.

While this is so, they are also required to participate in development activities such as setting up social amenities, recreation centers, hospitals as well as gymnasiums, mainly because some societies are disadvantaged as a result of poverty thus the organization are called upon to assist in the process of modernization. While still pursuing such initiative they may as well benefit from tax relieve offered by government thus improving on their competitiveness at a market level (Sharma, & Ruud, 214).

This is aimed at uplifting their standard of living thus bridging the level of disparities in such localities. The locals are also likely to benefit from such companies as a result of job creation despite lacking specialized skills. Owing to the development many region have also been opened up to the rest of the country. In some instances the growth of such companies and organization has led to the development of infrastructure thus facilitating the rapid growth of commerce among towns. The cost of doing business has thus been lowered.

New prospective businessmen have been forced to come into the seen leading to tremendous growth. While embracing urbanization the community is also exposed to lots of challenges; these is because of a myriad of issues such as security, inadequate housing, and poor planning just to mention a few. This may expose them to social evils which do arise as a result of inequality in society as the least privileged take advantage of the haves through crime. Such environment may as well lead to promiscuity as some are compromised to engage in such activities.

This has seen the demise of many towns. Bureaucratic systems play a big role in facilitating this through heightened levels of graft among state as those obliged to look into such issues chose to enrich themselves through their acts at the expense of the poor. This is more rampant in the developing world owing to scarce resources (Thomas, 54). Organization should as well know their environment better owing to the local jurisdiction and laws governing their wellbeing. They should as well embrace collaboration with those within its confines while at the same time looking into its staff’s affairs.

This is meant to ensure they don’t contravene the law while carrying out their activities. Industrialization has brought with it lots of challenges such as
