Even though smartphones are the important part of the communication process, they face some of the major challenges including the issue with charging systems. However, one of the major concern has been energy conservation given that the smartphones reserve the power to consume energy in a faster manner when compared to the other form of mobile phones. The consumers have faced a challenge in promoting energy conservation which has become an important element in the process of promoting sustainability in today's environment. However, coming up with the major applications to promote the environment conservation is necessary when overcoming the issues that normally emanate from lack of measures to support the energy conservation and therefore there is a need for the further production of phone operated energy management software's as well as smart thermostats as well as smart meters to help in conserving the energy. Most of the smartphone users have faced this challenge and has been unable to completely solve it and at the same time promote reliability on how they use their mobile phones. Introduction: Access to electricity and environmental conservation By comprehending the need of the consumers to promote reliability, and the sustainability through energy consumptions. Through this, there should be various applications that should be developed to help the consumers in conserving energy not only on how they use their mobile phones but on how the energy is consumed by the households. Therefore, by emphasizing with the consumers on the challenges they face in their daily activities and tough the available platform ensure that the consumers are able to promote energy conservation. Even though the people in urban areas have access to electricity and therefore can easily charge their mobile phones, those in rural areas often face a major challenge in trying to access a reliable supply of electricity and the manner in which they can charge their mobile phones. Therefore, coming up with modern and solar powered mobile phones would be beneficial to the people both in rural and urban areas and would also help in promoting environmental sustainability. Various stakeholders across the globe are now focused on coming up with ways to ensure that they adopt the sustainability practices in the way they execute their day to day operations. Through this energy, sustainability has become a major issue even with the fact that solar energy is easily available and is yet to be exploited. Those in rural areas at times do not have access to electricity but still require to constantly use their mobile phones in their day to day activities while those in urban areas can use their mobile phones to promote sustainability practices in all the activities that they undertake. Through this, it is important to come up with the mobile applications as well as solar powered mobile phones to relieve the consumers the burden of conserving energy and at the same time help in promoting the adoption of sustainability practices (Rawa, & Thomas, 2015). One of the major concern to most consumers is their inability to handle increasing electricity prices but still, there are no measures in place to help the consumers in adopting the practices that would help them to overcome future challenges. Through this initiatives, the consumers can also adopt other practices such as the adoption of solar energy to help them in overcoming the issues relating to access to energy in rural areas. The solutions available in the market such as the access to power banks do not provide long term solutions to consumers and therefore there is a need to ensure that other initiatives are adopted to provide long term solutions to the consumers. Customers now rely on power banks to help them in the course of their travel but it is important to ensure that the consumers have the ability to use another platform to conserve energy in the long run (Paradiso, & Starner, 2005). The mobile phone can be integrated into various practices today and especially the way households execute their day to day activities. It is always a challenge to monitor the use of electricity at home and therefore coming up with the mobile application as well as the software to compliment the solar powered mobile phones is vital while promoting sustainability practices. According to Jing, and Nayel, (2013) adopting the sustainability practices is an important part towards safeguarding our ecosystem and this can further be promoted by adopting different conservation techniques. Empathy Consumers across the globe have faced a challenge on how to conserve the energy especially with the evolution of the mobile phones which has incorporated different application and therefore increased the manner in which the smartphones consume the energy. Through the interviews as well as the surveys that has been conducted, it is clear that the consumers face a major problem of eliminating issues relating to energy consumption in their day to day activities while else those who do not have access to daily energy supply are not aware of how they can adopt other practices to promote energy conservation. It is also clear that consumers require various application to execute their daily activities and as a result, the elimination of various application in their phone is not a solution. Furthermore, even though the use of power banks helps in temporarily eliminating the access to energy for a short period of time, it does not help in promoting energy conservation and the sustainability of our environment today (Son, Han, Jo, & Park, 2015). The major concerns for the households are the available devices do not have the capability to facilitate effective communication and it cannot be fully integrated into the household activities which to them is a major challenge. It is true that the solutions offered by the power banks are not long term and therefore a more innovative way is necessary to ensure that the consumers are fully satisfied. Most of the households also are not aware of their level of energy consumptions but if a software is in place, then people can be able to evaluate the energy use in their homes and through this help in promoting the adoption of sustainability practices. If people embrace the use of solar powered mobile phones then it is highly likely that people will try and utilize the solar energy as an important part of their daily lives. To most consumers, mobile phones should be accessible, reliable, should have the ability to conserve power and should also be integrated in the manner in which the day to day operations of the households are carried out. However, it is important to ensure that the consumers are given solutions that will favor them economically and at the same time influence their lives positively. Therefore, customers require the solutions that make their lives easier and at the same time incorporate various activities. Define It is important to comprehensively understand the problem the customer faces by defining them once a person has been able to emphasize with them. There are a number of ways that can be used to ensure that consumers have the right access to modern technology and the solutions needed to succeed in the long run (Glynn, 2015). The adoption of the solar powered mobile phones or solar powered technologies to improve the charging technology is important in improving the efficiency that is required by the households. The customers highlighted the following as the uses the mobile phones should be used for assisting people in managing their day to day activities by incorporating other applications that help in harnessing the communication process and at the same time help other to execute their daily tasks. This may include the learning process since the mobile phones are portable Establishing a form of communication with others since the mobile phone is the main gadget that is now used by millions of people across the globe for communication purposes The existing mobile phones have the ability to incorporate different applications which aid in creating a platform where Ideate The successful execution of a successful product can only be confirmed once the gadget has undergone a complete testing process. It is important to ensure that the products are tested and retested to ensure that they are in the right conditions before they are availed to the customers (Aker, & Mbiti, 2010). This will help in eliminating cases of callbacks which normally result if the product in question does not undergo through the right testing process. Through this, the product should be able to solve the problems that have been identified by households and should be of economic assistance to them in the long run. With the integration of the mobile phones, then there is a possibility of making sure that the operations that the business undertakes are successful and this can be facilitated by making sure that the final product is safe for use (Leslie, Pearce, Harrap, & Daniel, 2012). Therefore establishing a solar generated solution to help in recharging of the mobile phones and the generating of software's to help in managing the electricity used in our homes, then it is important to incorporate other people ideas on how the solar is likely to be incorporated in the mobile phones and how people can use the mobile phones to promote environmental conservation. Through this, the product must be able to provide alternatives to the customers and through this, they are likely to gain knowledge on the subject on how they ought to execute their activities on the day to day basis. The main need of the consumers is the elimination of the additional devices that must be carried on the day to day basis by the consumers in order to ensure that their mobile phones and other gadgets have the access needed to charge the mobile phones. However, the solar powered devices must, therefore, provide the flexibility that is needed to detach the solar system s from the objects that has been identified. Conclusion Solar energy provides the long term solutions to the consumers on how they use the energy in a long time. At the same time, there is a need to satisfy the customer's demands on how the energy is used by our gadgets including the mobile phones. Customers require alternatives to the electricity especially on how their gadgets such as their mobile phones are to be charged. From the survey conducted as well as the observation, customers are not aware of how they can conserve the energy and how the solar energy can be used in their day to day activities. It is therefore important to ensure that the energy is saved and that the gadgets are able to be utilized in the right manner and through this helps in promoting the sustainability practices. Through this the software's must be generated to help the consumers in promoting the accountability especially by determining how the energy is used and at the same time it is conserved.
