This will help in creating the surety that the business operations are on track. Other consideration to be put in place is flexibility for adjustments of the current year budgets. There is also another option of evaluating performance in the first half and making appropriate adjustments in the second half and with this trend, the budget will be able to represent accurately real expectations of the organization. 4.0 Project Proposal 4.1 Background Information Somali is one of the countries in the horn of Africa that have suffered decades of war between the government and terrorist- Al-shabab. It is barely one year since stability began to be realized in the country. Normal government operations in most parts of the country suffered a serious setback.
