Most charts /graphs have two dimensional approach in study. This cannot provide measurable amount of information framework development and change. Various concerns of failed integration and conflicting content, low interaction with user, poor navigation and poor insufficient quality user experience. Dashboards incorporated with small amounts of data are mostly convenient for short term rather than long-term lack of precision of long-term improvises strategies. End users. A role is the title of somebody. A responsibility is what the user can visualize and practice. Dashboards are system software application for efficient, storage and interpretation for an organization data. End- users might not be is of how the system works, but uses the software that interacts with the dat6a base. The operator must incorporate design to fit end users requirements. Understand between them of accomplishment goals required by the end user and configuring the work. Specifications Operator retrieves files and system parts of an enterprise activity. End users only see the results and conclusions. First is to identify the necessary information the designs the dashboard from user specification Responsible There are prompt actions or specified rules and regulations and prohibitions that the system software should follow. For example in measurements certain weights are set to limit standards. The operator should set rules that enforce these restrictions Import/Export Information on the dashboard contains spreadsheet charts, graphs and other computed data analysis. The are routinely patterns created to shame this information to end users. Data visualization Is a picture or graph/charts formulated kind of data presentation. decision makers see analytics presented visually so as to understand deferent changes and movements of the enterprise activities. With further use of technology information can be used to provide more insights on data. Importance Easier visualization of large amount of data into small graphs and charts, humans can easily process this information. Focus on understanding factors affecting consumer behavior. Helps you understand which type of product and where to place it on the market. Analyze expected future outcome from past results. Business intelligence lifecycle management Business intelligence project are time consuming and requires a large input of recourse, miscommunication between related parties i.e. (entity and IT department) due to methods used in preparation. A successful BI requires 1. Identity 2. data analysis 3. data architecture and design procedures. 4. Data integration (ELT, ETL, data visualization, etc) 5. Front end development 6. Performance review and evaluation management. Web Mining Incorporation of data mining procedures techniques through the world wide web. There are three categorically. 1. Web server data 2. Application server data 3. Application level data. Specific mining methods used to display preference on consumer buying behavior and spending patterns. Benefits The power BI assist in quick decision making due to the nature of the display of information users have quick glances. Information is easily shared among the team. Improvised mechanisms that ensure employee motivation to work help work well. Employee need not take longer periods of time to review performance. Rather a gradual or regular review. This suggests the trend and working capabilities of such an employee. In turn discouraging or encouraging with regards to work done. Up-to-date progress evaluation on the enterprises activities. Organizations create new legislations daily. How long will it take to measure its performance after implementation? Dashboards are an interesting figure that provides a broader meaning of an activity. Digs deeper and find favorable insights / evidence to support findings. Access granted for enterprises owner for design of KPIs, ensure monitor and quick responsiveness as changes occur. Data available should be ready and reliable to calculate the KPI; one can get information manually or by electronic means. A statement of requirement (SoR) highlights the standards and requirement on display dashboard to ensure relative understanding including MECE KPI requirements and other functions. As dashboards is presented end users review and request changes .KPIs requirement should be treated formally and timely. Dashboards should ensure display of following. list of all workable dimensions with each KPI. Banding, act as if should have been Hierarchy, information should receive from all ends and submitted to the ultimate receive might be top to bottom. Aggregate present results in correct format. Data source compare the dashboards to gone data source to ensure compatibility. Time consciousness report is being on time. Higher levels of testing computation. Dashboard development. A computer secures and store organizational data. Programmer is involved in creating application which are suitable interact with the database. Understanding the system goals and objectives and configures them into practice. According to [Aus06]data management software process data automatically on a schedule. Depending on the schedule routine, analysis and reports can be provided daily, weekly or monthly. According to [USd01]database security should concur with enterprises objectives. Application configuration provides the flexibility to assure that information is delivered to right personnel.
