The guided conditions that education takes place in different places include things like research; experts who in most cases are teachers facilitate teaching and other different forms of training. An educational experience refers to the formal effect that is often derived from the way people act, feel or think in their special ways.In all human societies, the process of education often happens in special stages and categories. People, during their tender ages have to begin at the elementary stage, which is the preschool, they move to primary school and later on to secondary schools (Stevens & Cooper, 2009).

After graduating at this level, they undertake different kinds of postsecondary education depending on their preference and levels of qualification from these preceding levels. In this case, they can join college, university or different forms of apprenticeship.At the university level, a learner can under various levels again; he begins on the degree level, then to masters and the doctorate level. Across all global governments, access to education has been cited as an important and basic human right.

In this case, governments have empowered different systems and agencies to ensure that all citizens access quality education by going to schools to learn (Stevens & Cooper, 2009). The United Nations recognizes the importance of education to everybody in the world; it has achieved this through article 13 of its “International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights” that was enacted in 1966. In as much as education has become a compulsory practice in most countries.
