For instance the Greek nutrition mostly consists of fish meat which is healthier than red meat. Greek maturation is dependent on fish as the source of protein. Being near the Mediterranean, fish is very much available in the area and this means that they can have fish as much as possible. Form of Food A closer understanding of food and nutrition indicates that the form in which food is taken in is also a determinant of how useful and healthy, or otherwise, the food is going to be. This is seen in Greek nutrition as most foods in Greek diets are served in healthier forms.

For instance, the Greek nutrition is full of healthy cereals. However, it is not the only that the Greek nutrition is made of cereals that make the difference from the other western nutrition; it is the fact that these cereals are taken in a healthier form. For instance, Greeks are more likely to take in their cereals in the form of Sourdough bread as compared to the pasta that most other westerners are likely to include in their meals. Because of the very nature of the preparation of the Sourdough and the resulting bread, it is much healthier and more useful to the body than other forms in which cereals are taken in such as pasta or burgers.

Another example of how the Greek nutrition is taken in a healthier form as compared to the other western diets is the milk is featured in Greek diet. Greek nutrition is composed of milk products rather than milk itself. For instance, Greek nutrition is likely to be composed of cheese and yoghurt as compared to other western nutrition which may include milk in its natural form. When milk is processed into cheese or yogurt it sis healthier and easier to use. For instance, yoghurt. This paper analyzes that a closer understanding of food and nutrition indicates that the form in which food is taken in is also a determinant of how useful and healthy, or otherwise, the food is going to be.

This is seen in Greek nutrition as most foods in Greek diets are served in healthier forms. For instance, the Greek nutrition is full of healthy cereals. However, it is not the only that the Greek nutrition is made of cereals that make the difference from the other western nutrition; it is the fact that these cereals are taken in a healthier form. Greek nutrition seems to be composed of all the good materials which nutritional health professionals recommend. This can be seen in the fact that it is composed of fruits and vegetables.

An average Greek takes in more fruits and vegetables than any one else living in the western world. This increased intake of vegetables and fruits is seen as a good way to boost the health of in individual in at least two ways. This essay makes a conclusion that Greek nutrition seem to be a healthy way of living, which everybody should try to achieve. Although it may seem like a hard thing to achieve in many places in today’s busy life, it is very much achieve and anyone who is wiling can manage to have this kind of diet.

Although it is referred to as Greek nutrition, in the current world, there are not many Greeks who actually access this kind of nutrition due to the fact that many social issues have been changed and adjusted. However, this is a very healthy way of living which everybody should seek to achieve.
